Ethical, sustainable and organic wellbeing balms brand Mumanu came to us looking for support to grow their Instagram presence. With the aim of growing engagement as well as sales we went to work on creating an engaging new content strategy, tone of voice and post schedule before managing the ongoing growth of the brands Instagram profile.

Grow brand awareness with effective creative campaigns

Looking for new opportunities to grow, we suggested Instagram as a growth channel by creating engaging content to grow following and engagement in the brands' target demographic of 18-34 year olds interested in sustainable living & conscious brands. Whilst the brand had some good content, engagement rates for the profile were sitting sits at 0.19% which is very low.

Focusing on engaging & selling

During the first month of our work together, we researched and identified the right brand personality for Mumanu on social media before putting in place a strategy and plan to communicate using social media. We then created an engaging content plan with new content types including Reels & video content to start conversations with your audience - building more personal relationships with them by engaging in a two-way conversation using Instagram and social media. During months 1-2 we started building social commerce into the social media strategy by linking the stores Shopify catalogue with Instagram to enable Instagram Shopping. This has reduced the number of steps needed to find products on the store by allowing us to tag specific products within product-focused posts.

When Amaranth Wellbeing approached us after the 1st UK lockdown they needed to grow online sales.
