Sustainable mens clothing brand Denevos came to us looking for growth. In a competitive menswear fashion market, the brand needed an effective brand and marketing strategy to support their growth plans. Our work together spanned a project incorporating strategic planning, marketing strategy formulation, a Shopify website redesign and a full mix of digital marketing channels.

Focusing on premium
Denevos only use sustainable fabrics and ethical supply chains, this wasn't being communicated and the brand lacked direction. By focusing on sustainable storytelling, we were able to position the brand as a UK designed, premium menswear brand focused on timeless designs at an accessible price point. From our strategic planning and research phase we identified the need for a more accessible sustainable premium menswear brand - engaging people who found premium high street brands such asReiss too expensive and those that wanted a more premium garment to the likes of Burton and River Island.



Combining search & social
Once we had focused in on the positioning, we created a full go to market strategy outlining how we could achieve the ambitious goals set together. This included multiple digital channels across search and social, using organic and paid media to reach our target demographics in a competitive advertising landscape. We have successfully integrated the channels to achieve a positive return on ad spend (ROAS) and profitable cost per acquisition (CPA) to enable to brand to acquire new customers profitably.
